What to expect from the weekend
This is an intensive 3-day programme. Each day runs from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM. You'll be learning, injecting, observing, and absorbing complex clinical information - treating real patients and managing entire treatment journeys with real-time trainer feedback. It is demanding.
By Sunday evening, you'll have gained advanced dermal filler skills and the confidence to walk into your clinic on Monday and deliver results you've never been able to deliver before.
Pathway structure
The Advanced Dermal Filler Pathway is a carefully sequenced programme where each day builds on the previous one. You will understand how techniques interact across the entire face, not just isolated procedures.
Chin, Jawline & Jowls
Master the techniques that create definition and treat the ageing lower face. You’ll learn masculinisation and feminisation approaches, perfecting your cannula and needle work under direct supervision as you treat a complete case from consultation to completion.
What you’ll treat:
A complete chin, jawline, and jowl case under direct supervision.
Lip Enhancement
The central feature of expression. You’ll master the Avanti Natural Lip technique – creating beautifully hydrated, plump lips that look effortlessly natural. Techniques covered: volumising, defining, tenting, Russian lip (fanning), and microdroplet.
What you’ll treat:
An advanced lip case including asymmetry and challenging presentations.
Tear Trough & Mid-Face
The most delicate work you’ll perform. Using our unique cannula techniques, you’ll learn to address under-eye hollowing safely and effectively, treating a complete tear trough and mid-face rejuvenation case under expert guidance.

Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty
Learn how to combine needle and cannula to correct bumps, refine tips, and balance profiles with absolute safety. You’ll perform a full rhinoplasty case following Avanti’s clinical protocols from assessment through to achieving natural, harmonious results.

Full Face Transformation
Sunday is where it all comes together. Under expert guidance, you’ll perform a complete facial rejuvenation, combining the lower face work from Friday, the precision techniques from Saturday, and the full-face assessment skills you’ve developed throughout. You’ll create harmony, balance, and transformative results.
Your patient will receive between 6–20ml of dermal filler tailored to their unique presentation and goals. You’ll manage the entire journey: consultation, facial analysis, treatment planning, execution, and aftercare. By the end of this day, you won’t just understand advanced dermal filler work, you will have performed it at the highest level.
What you’ll treat:
A full-face, multi-syringe transformation from consultation through to aftercare.
Why Dr Parekh built this pathway
After twenty years in aesthetics, Dr Parekh had seen enough ‘pass the parcel’ style training – delegates watching demonstrations, sharing models with five others, injecting once, then passing the syringe on. Certificate earned, but zero confidence.

Expert demonstrations
Before you treat any patient, you'll observe Dr Rikin Parekh demonstrating the full technique on a live patient. You'll see exactly what to do, how to do it, and what excellent results look like, but more importantly, you'll see the assessment, the decision-making, and the subtle refinements that separate average results from exceptional ones.
Your own live patients
You'll then take your own patients through the entire treatment journey: medical history, facial analysis, photography, patient marking, treatment execution, and aftercare. This mirrors exactly what you'll do in your own clinic, because practice should mirror reality.
One-to-one supervision
Dr Parekh works exclusively with you throughout your treatment. He observes, guides, provides real-time feedback, and ensures you're developing both technical excellence and clinical confidence.
Learning through observation

The Advanced Dermal Filler Pathway is designed for the practitioner who wants to be the best. If you book these courses separately, you pay more and spread your learning over several months. Are models and products provided for all five courses?
Yes, absolutely. We provide everything. You will have a minimum of five different, suitable patients allocated to you during the course. All products are included, and you will not share your patients with anyone else.
Do I need to have completed foundation training first?
Absolutely. This is an advanced dermal filler pathway. You should be comfortable with foundation-level treatments and have a good understanding of facial anatomy. This weekend is designed to take your existing foundation dermal filler skills and elevate them to the point where you can deliver truly transformative, full-face results.

What if I'm experienced but haven't done these specific techniques?
Perfect. Many of our delegates come with extensive aesthetic experience but want to fill specific gaps, perhaps they’ve done lots of lips but no tear trough work, or vice versa.
The Advanced Dermal Filler Pathway is structured so you can progress logically. Friday focuses on lower-face anatomy and techniques. By Sunday, you’re integrating everything for complex cases. If you’re already at an advanced level, you’ll still gain enormous value from the depth of knowledge and the opportunity to refine your technique under expert supervision.
What about complications?
Complications are covered comprehensively throughout the weekend. We don’t shy away from discussing what can go wrong and how to manage it. Dr Parekh actively deals with complication referrals in his own practice, so this is real, practical knowledge.
Specifically, you’ll learn:
- Avoidance strategies (the best complication is one that never happens)
- Identification (recognising problems early)
- Management (exactly what to do, when, and how)
- Hyaluronidase use for corrections and emergency situations
- When to refer and how to manage patient communication
And after the weekend? You have direct, 24/7 access to our emergency support. If you have a real complication with a real patient, you can contact Dr Parekh or one of our expert trainers immediately for guidance.
What's the post-course support really like?
