Offering the most hands-on experience in the industry, Fundamental 5 gives delegates the knowledge, skills, and practical experience required to get started in aesthetics safely and with confidence. Whether you are new to aesthetics or have some experience but lack confidence, this programme will equip you with everything you need.

4 intensive days, one transformative programme
Each day follows the same proven structure: expert demonstration → mannequin practice (Day 1) → treat your own patient from start to finish under dedicated 1:1 supervision.
Upper Face & Advanced Toxin
Expert demo → mannequin practice → treat your own patient. Covers all upper-face anti-wrinkle indications plus advanced areas including bruxism, gummy smile, neck bands, Nefertiti lift, and hyperhidrosis.
Cheek Enhancement, NLFs & Marionettes
Expert demo → treat your own patient. Restore mid-face volume using lateral, mid, and anterior cheek techniques with dermal filler, then address nasolabial folds with safe cannula technique and marionette lines with both needle and cannula approaches.
Lip Enhancement
Expert demo → treat your own patient. Master the full suite of lip enhancement needle techniques - including vermillion border, philtrum definition, linear thread, and bolus methods - to create bespoke, natural-looking results.
Clinic Experience Day
Your own patient is booked into the clinic diary. You independently conduct the full consultation, recommend treatments, formulate a comprehensive plan, discuss pricing, and perform all required procedures.

Upper Face Toxin Treatments
The foundation of aesthetic practice.
Master the most popular toxin indications that constitute the core of any aesthetics clinic. Unlike courses that teach a 'paint by numbers' approach, you'll learn to perform comprehensive dynamic muscle assessments and create bespoke treatment plans with individualised injection patterns and dosages for each patient.

Cheek Enhancement
Restore volume to the mid-face.
The mid-face is one of the first areas to lose volume with age, resulting in nasolabial folds, marionette lines, and jowling. Will models and products be provided?
We provide both, unlike some other anti-wrinkle and dermal filler training courses that will ask you to treat fellow delegates or bring your own patient.
At Avanti, you will treat your patients from start to finish, taking them through the whole patient journey, from consultation, taking photos, analysis, performing the entire treatment to providing aftercare instructions, as you would in your clinic.
You will also treat your patients under the direct one-to-one supervision of an expert trainer and will not have to share with other delegates. You will also watch other delegates analyse and treat their patients to integrate these skills further.
If you would like to bring a model, please let us know so we can help you arrange it. It is an excellent idea to bring your own model, so you can review the patient and take photos for marketing purposes once healing is complete.
How much hands-on experience will I get?
The main reason practitioners fail to achieve success in aesthetics can be attributed to very little hands-on experience during their foundation aesthetics training, leading to a lack of confidence in carrying out procedures on their own patients.
Prior to even going anywhere near a live patient, you will observe a demonstration by one of our expert trainers treating a live patient and will be able to practice injection techniques on dummy mannequins.
We pledge to you that unlike the majority of other courses, we will provide suitable models, and you will not share these models with other delegates.
You will get:
- To treat a whole patient case on each training day under one-to-one supervision from start to finish.
- Invaluable constructive feedback from your trainer throughout.

Who will I be trained by?
Your training will be with highly experienced and qualified Avanti trainers led by Dr Rikin Parekh, who has over 16 years of experience in the Aesthetics Industry. He is also a trainer and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) for many aesthetic companies.
Our trainers remain at the cutting-edge of facial aesthetics to ensure all course content covers the latest and most up to date techniques in facial aesthetics.
You will receive an unhurried and supportive 1 on 1 injection experience with one of our expert trainers whilst treating your patient for all face indications, neck, décolletage and both hands.
Will complications and management be covered thoroughly?
The art of injecting is just one aspect of this course; other aspects include knowledge and understanding of anatomy and physiology, consenting issues, aftercare and, more importantly, complication management.
We will comprehensively cover how to avoid, manage and treat complications associated with Toxin and Dermal Filler treatments.
What level of support will I get after I have completed a course?
Alongside our comprehensive training, we are renowned for our unparalleled free support before, during and after our courses.
We do not believe in charging for any of our support methods. All we want is that you feel confident in the knowledge and skills that you have learnt with us, take them into practice and have us for support if and when you require it, to ultimately be the successful aesthetic practitioners that you want to be. As soon as you finish your training with us, you will be added to our closed Avanti Aesthetic Academy Delegates groups.
Here you will be able to ask any questions you may have amongst colleagues like yourself who have been trained at the academy. No question is silly in this forum! Whether it be help in treatment planning, assistance with a problem of any sort or any other question from the most basic to more complex, we are here for you!
All of our expert trainers and Dr Rikin Parekh himself will be available on this group to help, alongside your colleagues, who will also be more than willing to help. We aim to respond to any questions on the group as soon as possible so you can get a speedy response to your enquiry.
This method of support has proven invaluable for all of our delegates. It also serves as an excellent learning resource as you learn from your colleagues’ experience together with all the ancillary learning material that is posted on here by us. It is a great place to get to know like-minded colleagues and network also.
