The hardest part of aesthetics training isn't the training, it's what happens after.
Most practitioners don't lose confidence during training. They lose it in the weeks after, when they're back in their own clinical role and real life takes over. Other priorities fill the diary. Weeks become months and the longer the gap, the harder it gets to take that first step independently.
The Clinic Experience Day is designed to close that gap, and is available to book as a standalone day for any graduate who wants to keep building before going fully independent.
There is no limit on how many times you can book, and no expectation on how quickly you should feel ready. Everyone's timeline is different.

What happens on the day
A patient is scheduled into the clinic diary for you, booked in for one specific treatment from the Fundamental 5 programme. What you do from that point is up to you. A trainer is present throughout, but the appointment is yours to run from start to finish.
The booked treatment is just the starting point
Just as in real practice, your patient may have come in for lips but present with volume loss, skin laxity, or other concerns worth addressing. Your job is to identify them.
Full consultation and assessment
You conduct the entire consultation from scratch. Facial analysis, medical history, photography, identifying concerns beyond the presenting complaint, all of it.
Treatment planning and pricing
You formulate a comprehensive treatment plan, present it to the patient, discuss pricing, and gain consent. Exactly as you would in your own clinic.
Treatment delivery
You perform all agreed toxin and dermal filler treatments and provide aftercare instructions, with your trainer observing, guiding, and giving feedback throughout.
Every time you come back, you run a complete patient appointment independently and spend the day observing fellow delegates do the same. You are choosing to stay in practice, maintain your skills, and keep moving forward.

The Clinic Experience Day is available for Fundamental 5 graduates to book at any time. Book once or return as many times as you need, with no-fee split pay available over 3 months.

How many times can I come back?
As many times as you need. There is no limit on how many Clinic Experience Days you can book. Most delegates return one to three times over the course of three to six months, but your timeline is your own. The goal is that you feel ready to treat patients independently, and we are not going to put a number on what that takes.
Will it count towards my CPD?
Yes. Each Clinic Experience Day counts as 8 hours of verifiable CPD.
Is a model provided, or do I bring my own?
A suitable patient model is provided for you. If you would prefer to bring your own model, please contact us before booking and we can arrange this. Either way, the patient is yours for the full appointment.
What if I completed my foundation training elsewhere?
The Clinic Experience Day is exclusively available to Fundamental 5 graduates. If you trained elsewhere and are looking to rebuild your confidence, the best route is to speak to one of our course advisors who can talk through your options. In many cases, the right answer is Fundamental 5 itself. You can read more about it here.
