From first injection to complete practitioner
The Complete Aesthetic Practitioner Programme is for practitioners who want the whole journey planned, not pieced together course by course. You start with Fundamental 5, add skin rejuvenation next - the treatments patients are asking for - then complications and corrections, then advanced dermal filler - with supervised clinic days and personal mentoring from Dr Parekh threaded throughout. Paced for real working life: the September intake runs from September 2026 to graduation in May 2027.

Fundamental 5
Four intensive days (Friday to Monday): the complete toxin, filler and lip foundation plus your first Clinic Experience Day. 1:1 supervision, your own patients.

PRESENT - PLAN - TREAT: present three of your own cases, plan your booked-in patient with Dr Parekh on Saturday - in depth, calm and unhurried - then treat them 1:1 under his supervision on Sunday.

How long does the whole programme take?
Nine months for the September intake: Fundamental 5 in September, clinic days in October and November, skin rejuvenation in December, your first mentoring weekend in January, complications and corrections in February, advanced filler in March, and your final mentoring weekend and graduation in May. The pacing is deliberate – you treat real patients between stages, which is where confidence is actually built. If life gets in the way, you have up to 24 months to complete your stages.
Will models and products be provided?
On Fundamental 5 and the pathway courses, models and products are provided as standard (you are welcome to bring your own models if you prefer). On the mentoring weekends you supply your own patient – that is the point of mentoring: Dr Parekh works on your real cases, not exercises. For the Complications & Corrections day, bring a patient with existing work to correct; we supply a case only if you have none suitable.
What if I can’t make one of the dates?
All of your dates are confirmed at booking so you can plan around them. If something changes, speak to Julie – transfers are handled on the same basis as our other courses, and mentoring weekends run every other month so there is always a next one.
Who will I be trained by?
Your course training is delivered by highly experienced Avanti trainers led by Dr Rikin Parekh. The mentoring weekends and the monthly Zoom calls are with Dr Parekh personally – that access is the heart of the programme.
How do the payment plans work?
Three options, all the same total price: pay in full, 6 monthly payments of £1,999.17, or 12 monthly payments of £999.58. No fees, no interest, no credit checks. Your place is confirmed at your first payment.
I’ve already done Fundamental 5 - can I still join?
Yes – and your Fundamental 5 fee is credited in full. Fundamental 5 graduates join through the graduate upgrade at £8,000, which includes everything in the programme except Fundamental 5 itself. Speak to Julie and she will set it up.
Do you offer support in the event of a complication?
Yes. All delegates receive our 24-hour emergency contact number on completion of training. If you have an emergency issue such as a patient complication, you will be able to contact an expert for immediate support – for life, at no charge.
Where is training held?
