Why Upgrade?
The £3,995 Fundamental 5 course fee counts in full towards the Complete Aesthetic Practitioner programme. You will pay the remainder of the training fee and finish what you started, with Dr Parekh mentoring you.

Who qualifies for the upgrade?
Any Avanti Fundamental 5 graduate, from any year. Your F5 fee is credited in full regardless of when you trained. If you did your foundation training elsewhere, speak to Julie – she will recommend the right route for you.
How long does the upgrade take?
About eight months: clinic days in October and November, skin rejuvenation in December, your first mentoring weekend in January, complications and corrections in February, advanced filler in March, and your final mentoring weekend and graduation in May. Paced so you treat real patients between stages. You have up to 24 months if you need to spread it out.
Will models and products be provided?
On the pathway courses, models and products are provided as standard. On the mentoring weekends you supply your own patient – Dr Parekh mentors you on your real cases. For the Complications & Corrections day, bring a patient with existing work to correct; we supply a case only if you have none suitable.
How do the payment plans work?
Three options, all the same total price: pay in full, 6 monthly payments of £1,333.33, or 9 monthly payments of £888.89. No fees, no interest. Your place is confirmed at your first payment.
What if I can’t make one of the dates?
All dates are confirmed at booking so you can plan around them. If something changes, speak to Julie – transfers work the same way as our other courses, and mentoring weekends run every other month.
Do I need to repeat any of Fundamental 5?
No. Your Fundamental 5 training stands – the upgrade starts where it finished. If you would like a refresher first, your clinic days in the first two months are designed for exactly that.
Do you offer support in the event of a complication?
Yes. You already have our 24-hour emergency line from F5 – it continues for life, and the upgrade adds advanced-level complication training including filler dissolving and vascular occlusion simulation.
Where is training held?
Training takes place at our modern and well-equipped training venue in the heart of Central London – the same venue as your Fundamental 5: The Avanti Aesthetics Academy, 140 New Cavendish Street, London W1W 6YE.
