Our Lip Filler Course teaches you to create balanced, natural-looking lips that harmonise with each patient’s facial anatomy. As Day 3 of our award-winning Fundamental 5 programme, this course combines evidence-based theory with intensive 1:1 practice. You’ll learn all popular needle techniques, complication management, and ethical consultation skills to become a practitioner known for tasteful, patient-centric results.

Expert demonstrations
One of our expert trainers will treat a demo live patient on your practical training day. You will observe a live patient treatment including consultation, marking up, injection, and aftercare.
One-to-one training
With a strict 1:1 delegate-to-trainer ratio and small group sizes during your hands-on injecting session, you'll receive personalised instruction and guidance from your dedicated trainer and observe and learn from others as they analyse and treat their patients.
Hands-on training
You will treat a minimum of one whole patient case from start to finish, taking your patient through their entire patient journey, just as you would in practice.

Lip enhancement is the most popular dermal filler treatment in aesthetic practice. Over the last 10 years the demand for lip enhancement has soared and therefore it is an essential treatment to master to be successful in the field of facial aesthetics.
Unfortunately lip enhancement has a lot of bad press due to poor quality work involving incorrectly placed filler and disregard of natural anatomy, proportions and harmony. You merely have to spend a few minutes on Instagram to see the array of distorted lips being presented by many practitioners. This is not the type of practitioner you want to be! We will teach you the fine art and science of lip enhancement, so you can create bespoke, beautiful, natural looking lips that enhance the patient’s beauty rather than diminish it. For patients that want a more voluminous lip, we will also show you how to deliver this whilst still respecting the patient’s anatomy and proportions.
Many courses will only teach you how to treat lips using very basic techniques, especially if being taught alongside other dermal filler treatments or even toxin treatments! On the lip enhancement practical training day we will show you how to artistically enhance and provide definition by treating the vermillion border and philtrum, volumise by treating the body of the lip in a bespoke manner using specific Avanti techniques and create a happier resting lip by lifting the oral commissures (mouth corners).

Do you provide models and products for the training?
Yes, Avanti provides both models and products for the training. Our delegates treat their own patients from consultation to aftercare under one-to-one supervision. We also accommodate requests for bringing your own models.
What kind of hands-on experience can I expect?
You can expect comprehensive hands-on experience. At Avanti, you’ll treat a whole patient case under direct supervision, providing valuable experience and constructive feedback. This includes taking optimal photos, carrying out medical and aesthetic histories, consultation, patient analysis, marking up, injecting, and giving post-operative instructions.
Who are the trainers?
Our trainers, led by Dr Rikin Parekh, are highly experienced professionals in the Aesthetics Industry. They maintain up-to-date knowledge on the latest techniques in facial aesthetics, ensuring you receive excellent and relevant training.
Does the course cover complications and their management?
Yes, the course includes thorough coverage of how to avoid, manage, and treat complications associated with lip enhancement treatments.
What kind of support do you offer post-course?

We do not believe in charging for any of our support methods. As soon as you finish your training with us, you will be added to our closed Avanti Aesthetic Academy Delegates groups.
Here you will be able to ask any questions you may have amongst colleagues like yourself who have been trained at the academy. No question is silly in this forum! Whether it be help in treatment planning, assistance with a problem of any sort or any other question from the most basic to more complex, we are here for you!
All of our expert trainers and Dr Rikin Parekh himself will be available on this group to help, alongside your colleagues, who will also be more than willing to help. We aim to respond to any questions on the group as soon as possible so you can get a speedy response to your enquiry.
This method of support has proven invaluable for all of our delegates. It also serves as an excellent learning resource as you learn from your colleagues’ experience together with all the ancillary learning material that is posted on here by us. What if I face a complication after the course?
