Why a Mentoring Weekend?
Courses teach clinical skills, but our mentoring weekends work on your actual practice - your cases, your patients, your sticking points, with Dr Parekh right beside you.
In depth, calm and unhurried
Three individual sessions throughout the weekend will build on your existing skills and knowledge, shaping you into a practitioner with a clear plan when you're back in your own clinic.
Your cases reviewed
Bring three of your own cases including photos and notes. You present, the group discusses, and Dr Parekh works through each one with you.
Guided treatment planning
Following the case clinic, you'll bring one of your patients in for a fully deconstructed treatment planning session with Dr Parekh.
Small group, with 1:1 planning and treatment
With a maximum of 8 delegates. You will get unhurried 1:1 sessions with Dr Parekh on both days - allowing
Present, plan & treat
Throughout the mentoring weekend, you'll present your own cases, bring one of them in to treatment plan face to face and carry out treatment under Dr Parekh's direct supervision.
All Levels Welcome
From recent Fundamental 5 graduate to years in practice - mentoring works on your cases at your level. Newer practitioners learn just as much from hearing about advanced cases discussed as they will from their own.
Small group mentoring to maximise your learning
There is no syllabus or e-learning. The material is what you bring: your cases, your questions, and your booked-in patient. That is what makes this mentoring weekend different from any course - and why practitioners pay five figures a year for it elsewhere.

Present, discuss, plan, and then treat.
You will leave the weekend with Dr Parekh having been pushed further than any course will take you.
PRESENT: Case clinic
Every delegate presents three of their own cases - photos and notes - and the group works through them with Dr Parekh.
PLAN: Planning workshop
Your booked-in patient attends. Together with Dr Parekh you assess and build their full treatment plan properly - in depth, calm and unhurried.
TREAT: Supervised treatment day
You treat your own patient following yesterday’s plan - 1:1, with Dr Parekh supervising. Dr Parekh will provide personalised, structured feedback and your next steps to take back to your clinic.

Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about Fundamental 5.
Still have questions?
Can’t find the answer you’re looking for? Our team is here to help.
What level do I need to be?
Any level, as long as you are a trained injector. The room is deliberately mixed – newer practitioners learn from hearing advanced cases worked through, and experienced practitioners sharpen their thinking by explaining it. Your 1:1 time is at your level, on your cases.
Do I really bring my own patient?
Yes – that is the point. Mentoring works on your real practice, so your booked-in patient attends on Saturday afternoon for planning and you treat them on Sunday. Delegates supply their own models. If your patient has to cancel, tell us as early as you can and we will do our best to help.
What about products for my patient?
We will confirm product arrangements with you when you book – you can bring what you plan to use, or arrange products through us covering the cost of purchase.
Who runs the weekend?
Dr Rikin Parekh personally, on both days – the case clinic, the planning workshop and the supervised treatment day. This is not delegated to other trainers.
How often do the weekends run?
Every other month, with a maximum of 8 delegates each time. If a date is full, the next one is never far away – and Complete Programme delegates have places reserved automatically.
I’m on the Complete Programme - do I book this?
No – two mentoring weekend attendances are already included in your programme, scheduled after your skin and advanced filler stages. This page is for booking additional weekends or for practitioners not on the programme.
Do you offer support in the event of a complication?
Yes. All delegates receive our 24-hour emergency contact number. If you have an emergency issue such as a patient complication, you will be able to contact an expert for immediate support.
Where is it held?
At our modern and well-equipped training venue in the heart of Central London: The Avanti Aesthetics Academy, 140 New Cavendish Street, London W1W 6YE.
