ABOUT THIS COURSE
Injectable bioremodelling for measurable improvements in skin quality
PROFHILO is a stabilised HA bioremodelling agent rather than a volumiser. After injection, it disperses through the dermis and interacts with fibroblasts to stimulate the production of collagen types I, III, IV, and VII alongside elastin, with the results being improvement in skin laxity, hydration, and overall tissue quality. This makes it particularly relevant for patients who are not seeking volume correction but who present with skin quality concerns that conventional filler is not the right tool to address.
This masterclass equips you to administer PROFHILO using the patented BAP (Bio Aesthetic Points) technique, to assess and select patients appropriately, and to position the treatment within a wider menu alongside botulinum toxin, dermal filler, and the other modalities used in skin rejuvenation.
Training is delivered as a half-day session at our Fitzrovia, Central London academy, with each delegate being allocated their own patient and given dedicated 1:1 trainer time throughout the case, from consultation and clinical photography through the BAP injection sequence and aftercare planning.

- Patient selection, suitability assessment, and contraindications
- Recognition and management of common clinical presentations
- Treatment planning and patient communication, including realistic expectation setting
- How PROFHILO sequences with botulinum toxin, dermal filler, and skinboosters within a treatment plan

Why do this course?
Everything you need to treat your patients with PROFHILO, here's what sets this Masterclass apart.
Actual 1:1 Supervision
The standard at most providers is a group of 15-20 delegates working under a single trainer, with delegates rotating through observation slots and shared model-time. Our courses run in much smaller groups, and during your own patient case the trainer works 1:1 with you from consultation through to aftercare, with no shared-model or passing the syringe at any point.
Your Own Patient Cases
Each delegate is allocated their own patient for the session, and that case remains yours from start to finish, covering consultation, clinical photography, the BAP injection sequence, and aftercare planning. There is no model sharing between delegates at any point, and the case progression on the course mirrors how you will deliver PROFHILO in private practice afterwards.
Treatment menu integration
PROFHILO is most useful in private practice when it sits inside a wider treatment plan alongside botulinum toxin, dermal filler, and skin treatments. The course covers patient selection for bioremodelling, how to sequence PROFHILO with other modalities for skin rejuvenation, and how to position the treatment commercially within your existing menu rather than as a standalone product.
Patient consultation and communication
PROFHILO has a slower and more subtle outcome profile than dermal filler, and the consultation approach has to reflect that. The course covers how to explain bioremodelling to patients in non-technical terms, how to set realistic expectations across the standard two-session treatment course, and how to manage the four-week interval between sessions and the months that follow.
Complication Management
Recognition, prevention, and management of adverse events is taught as part of the course, with the content covering the specific complications associated with bioremodelling injectables. This includes injection-site reactions, vascular events, persistent nodules, and the indications for hyaluronidase use, alongside decision-making for when to escalate.
Lifetime Support
After the course you retain access to the Avanti App, where you can get treatment planning guidance, 24/7 emergency complication support, and a delegate community in which Dr Rikin Parekh and our trainers are active. The community is where all delegates can raise treatment-planning questions and share case observations, and there is no recurring fee for continued access.
BETTER VALUE
Train in PROFHILO as part of the Skin Rejuvenation Pathway
The Skin Rejuvenation Pathway covers PROFHILO alongside Restylane Skinboosters, Microneedling with Exosomes, and Polynucleotides as a sequenced weekend programme, a closer match to how these treatments are used in practice than a single-product masterclass.
Our pathway programmes combine multiple courses into a structured clinical curriculum at a significantly reduced cost compared to booking individually.
- 4 complete patient cases under 1:1 supervision
- 4 CPD certificates + 16 hours verifiable CPD
- Save £585 vs. booking courses individually
- No-fee split pay over 3, 6, or 9 months

Still have questions?
Can’t find the answer you’re looking for? Our team is here to help.
Who is this course suitable for?
The PROFHILO Masterclass is open to registered medical professionals — doctors, dentists, dental hygienists, dental therapists, nurses, midwives, and pharmacists — who are already injecting at a foundation level. If you are new to aesthetics, the Fundamental 5 foundation course is the appropriate starting point before progressing to PROFHILO.
Do I need prior experience with PROFHILO?
No. The course is built on the assumption that delegates are competent with foundation-level injecting, including botulinum toxin and dermal filler, but have not previously administered PROFHILO. The clinical theory — including the BAP protocol rationale and the science of hyaluronic acid bioremodelling — is covered in the training session before you proceed to your patient case.
Are models provided?
Yes. A patient is allocated to you for the session, with no sharing between delegates. You are welcome to bring your own model with prior notice if there is a clinical case you would like to use for the training.
Should I book this individually or as part of the Skin Rejuvenation Pathway?
That depends on your practice plan. If PROFHILO is the only treatment from the four you intend to add, the individual masterclass is the right choice. If you intend to add two or more of PROFHILO, Skinboosters, Microneedling with Exosomes, or Polynucleotides, the pathway is materially better value at £585 less than the four masterclasses booked separately, and the sequenced training is closer to how you will use the treatments alongside one another in practice. Speak to a Course Advisor for a recommendation based on your scope of practice.
What ongoing support is available after the course?
You retain access to the Avanti App, which provides treatment planning guidance, 24/7 emergency complication support, regular educational updates, and a delegate community in which Dr Parekh and the wider faculty are active. There is no ongoing fee for continued access.
Where is the training held?
At the Avanti Aesthetics Academy, 140 New Cavendish Street, London, W1W 6YE.
How many delegates will be in the group?
The PROFHILO masterclass runs in a small group, typically of three to six delegates, with each delegate allocated their own patient and given dedicated 1:1 trainer time throughout their case from consultation through to aftercare planning. There are no observation-only attendance places and no model sharing between delegates.
