The answer to this question comes down to the level of training that you wish to receive and what kind of practitioner you want to be!

If you want to be a confident and safe practitioner you will want to have focused training on that one particular area that you are learning about, knowing that you will be able to effectively analyse any case that walks into your clinic and treat them from start to finish with confidence. 

Most other training providers will teach non-surgical rhinoplasty treatments amongst lots of other dermal filler procedures, and sometimes even along with advanced toxin treatments as an “Advanced Toxin & Dermal Filler” course, all on the same day! You can’t learn lots of different unrelated dermal filler treatments all in one day without compromising on the knowledge of each treatment area and the skills to perform them. Something has to give! Unfortunately, these courses leave delegates lacking in confidence to assess patients properly and without the necessary skills and confidence to perform the treatments in practice. 40% of our delegates have been to other cheaper providers, to their own regret, before deciding to invest in our courses! As they say “pay cheap…pay twice!” Don’t make the same mistakes!

On these other courses, you will also be forced to share models with other delegates (injecting one point, passing the syringe to another delegate to do another single injection point and so on – we call it ‘pass the parcel injecting’!). You will therefore receive very little injection experience, although you have ‘treated several models’, yet not treated a single whole patient case from start to finish. For dentists learning how to do a crown prep, this would equate to you only preparing a millimetre of a tooth margin, then another delegate taking over and doing another millimetre, and then another delegate doing another millimetre, and so on! For doctors and nurses this would equate to learning how to cannulate a patient and you only putting on the tourniquet whilst the other delegates did the rest! Crazy! For maximal confidence you need to perform the whole treatment yourself, from start to finish on a patient and then watch other delegates treat their patients to integrate your knowledge and skills further, like at Avanti!

As medical professionals you have a duty of care to the safety and wellbeing of your patients. This includes the comprehensiveness of the training you receive and the results you can deliver, especially in regards to dermal fillers. You will treat a patient from start to finish, taking them through the whole patient journey. From consultation, taking photos, analysis, performing the whole treatment to providing after care instructions, as you would in your own clinic.

You will treat this patient for using our Avanti non surgical rhinoplasty algorithm using our unique needle and cannula techniques. You will also be able to watch other delegates analyse and treat their patients to further integrate these skills.

If you would like to bring your own model, please let us know so we can help you arrange. It is a very good idea bringing your own model, so you can review the patient and take after photos for marketing purposes once healing is complete.

The main reason practitioners fail to achieve success in aesthetics can be attributed to very little hands-on experience during their training, leading to a lack of confidence in carrying out procedures on their own patients.

We pledge to you that unlike the majority of other courses, we will provide a suitable model for you, and you will not share this models with other delegates. You will get to treat a whole patient case under one-to-one supervision from start to finish, treating them with our Avanti Non-surgical Rhinoplasty Algorithm, maximising your hands-on experience and hence confidence. You will take your model through the whole patient journey from taking optimal photographs, carrying out medical and aesthetic histories, consultation, patient analysis, marking up, injecting, and finally giving post-operative instructions, precisely as you would in practice after you leave our course. From experience, not only do our delegates benefit from treating their own model but have found observing other delegates treating theirs to be invaluable!
